SOLID TONES

With three looks, six colours and nine formats, the SOLID TONES porcelain stoneware series from Villeroy & Boch Tiles is a comprehensive colour and format concept for contemporary interior design. Slip resistance (R10/B all formats, R11/C for 30 x 60 cm), special stair tiles with milled grooves and moulded parts for seamless wall finishes enable versatile use in private, commercial and public spaces.

The VilboStone SOLID TONES porcelain stoneware concept combines three material appearances in one series: stone, concrete and – most recently – the new grain structure Grain. With the addition of the light colour White, all three looks are now also available in six colours from the beige-grey spectrum, ranging from light warm to dark cool tones. The concept therefore allows for a wide range of interior designs of high architectural value: All looks and colours can be laid separately or combined with each other and offer planners a wide range of options for creating harmonious tone-on-tone installations or contrasting surfaces.

Functional architectural concept

The SOLID TONES architectural series offers a wide range of formats – from 10 x 10 cm mosaics to large 60 x 120 cm formats, a total of nine popular formats are available. All tiles are rectified and ensure slip resistance R10/B for slip resistance in private, commercial and public areas. The 30 x 60 cm format is also available in R11/C and can therefore even be used in areas where moisture is likely to be present on a permanent basis. There are also 30 x 120 cm stair tiles with milled grooves for the aesthetic and safe design of stairwells. 10 x 30 cm coved plinths for successful wall connections round off the concept.

SOLID TONES is a universal tile concept made of matt VilboStone porcelain stoneware, which is extremely easy to clean and maintain thanks to the ceramic surface protection VilbostonePlus. With the three material appearances Stone, Concrete and Grain as well as the finely coordinated colour ranges, the system is recommended for modern, urban architecture – in public and semi-public buildings as well as in private homes.
